Eric Berg, Vice President of AllStaff Call Center Recruiting, is a Call Center Executive with over 20 years’ experience in contact center staffing, management and consulting. Eric has run both virtual and brick and mortar contact centers and managed over 900 agents in multiple facilities. Eric is a co-founder and Treasurer of the Midwest Contact Center Association, a columnist for the Contact Center Pipeline and Blogger of industry trends. Eric is also a nationally known speaker on industry best practices and emerging trends and technologies.

Mark Brody, Account Executive for All-Calls, is a Contact Center Leader with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of Contact Center Industries. Additionally, Mark has served on the Board of Directors for the Austin Contact Center Alliance since 2010. Mark has successfully led contact centers with very low attrition rates through a culture of empowerment and communication. Mark is also a Certified Contact Center Manager (CCCM) who understands how to take a project from concept to reality, with exceptional results for the organizations he has worked with.
